in 1987 as Chemagis. A world-class developer and manufacturer of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API).

In 2005 Perrigo acquired Chemagis. The active pharmaceutical ingredients unit was bought by Perrigo as part of the acquisition of Agis.

The name of the company has been changed from "Chemagis LTD" to "Perrigo API LTD".

Acquired by SK Capital, a US private investment firm which specializes in pharmaceutical and chemical firms and has a portfolio of assets worth $5.5 billion and renamed Wavelength Pharmaceuticals.

Wavelength Acquires a majority stake in Vanamali Organics Pvt. Ltd. of Telangana, India. Vanamali Organics provides high quality customized process development and manufacturing
services using advanced technologies and a quality-by-design approach to deliver eco-efficient regulatory compliant chemistry.

SK Capital Partners completes acquisition of SEQENS and merges Wavelength Pharmaceuticals
